Hi, I’m Wendy Garay Mazure, EdS.

I created NeuroPath to provide thoughtful, neurodivergent-affirming support for students and families navigating important educational transitions.

With more than 25 years in higher education, academic advising, student affairs, and international education, I have seen how much difference it makes when students develop strong habits, self-advocacy skills, and support systems early. I have also seen that the first year of college is far less structured than high school, and that many students, especially neurodivergent students, benefit from guidance long before they arrive on campus.

Most recently, I spent 10 years as a dean at Barnard College of Columbia University, where I worked closely with students navigating academic transitions and support needs that called for thoughtful, individualized guidance. That experience reinforced my belief that students thrive when support is practical, strengths-based, and responsive to their unique needs.

At NeuroPath, our work begins earlier, including in middle school, so students can build the foundation they need before major transitions begin. Our approach is individualized, respectful, and grounded in experience, with the goal of helping families move from uncertainty to clarity with confidence.
